Copeland is seeking a Plant Manager Assistant in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. This onsite, full-time role supports the Plant Manager with executive communications, KPI reporting, and project coordination to drive continuous improvement.

You will manage calendars, prepare presentations, and monitor performance metrics across departments, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related business discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing or business operations.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing or business environment.
• Experience supporting leadership teams and business operations.
• Experience KPI reporting, project coordination, and analytics.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Plant Manager calendar, meetings, and priorities.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and reviews.
• Coordinate leadership events, audits, and visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Consolidate and analyze plant performance metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards; support OKR tracking.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate project review meetings and follow-ups.
• Support audits and special projects.
