Job summary

Waters Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Account Manager LC/MS Solutions to drive customer success by translating scientific needs into Waters solutions and services, with field-based flexibility.

You will develop business and territory plans, expand key customer relationships in Pharma, Food & Environmental, and Academic sectors, and coordinate with MassSpec and Chemistry teams to deliver demonstrations and tailored outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Science with relevant scientific background.
• Technical knowledge and practical solution selling with analytical instrumentation.
• Experience in a laboratory, with chromatography background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business plans and territory plans with reports and tenders.
• Maintain and expand customer relations across designated segments.
• Demonstrate Waters solutions with collaboration of demo lab specialists.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer success and forecasting.
• Plan and prioritise sales activities and pricing strategies.
