Salesloft in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a People Operations Generalist to act as the go-to for employee relations and to partner with the Director on long-term HR strategies. You will manage investigations, offboarding, and policy maintenance while supporting managers across the organization.

You will help drive engagement and retention through data-driven insights and effective employee programs, contributing to an inclusive, compliant workplace culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR experience including employee relations and program management.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization.
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees.
• Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects.
• Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization.
