Impulso Y Talento is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations in a corporate, international environment. You will drive labor compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and a superior employee experience while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or Business, with 5+ years in HR operations, knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and major HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday), and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years leading HR Operations or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and personnel administration.
• Experience managing headcount, budgets, KPIs and HR reporting.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR systems.
• Conversational English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall HR Operations function.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, administration, and terminations.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law and internal policies.
• Oversee employee and labor relations.
• Manage headcount, HR budget, and key HR metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate HR reports and support business decisions.
• Partner with HR Partners and CoEs to implement HR initiatives.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
