The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR experience in fast-paced environments, is fluent in Spanish and English, and possesses strong organizational and proactive skills. This full-time position is pivotal to supporting onboarding, employee relations, and compliance across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR experience in fast-paced or multinational environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices.
• Assist with payroll benchmarking and benefit administration.
• Support company-wide performance review cycles.
• Ensure HR files and policies are compliant with labor laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives.
