Salesloft in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a People Operations Generalist to act as the go-to for employee relations and to partner with the Director on long-term HR strategies. You will manage investigations, offboarding, and policy maintenance while supporting managers across the organization.

You will help drive engagement and retention through data-driven insights and effective employee programs, contributing to an inclusive, compliant workplace culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of HR experience including employee relations and program management.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization.
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience.

Role Overview

At Salesloft, our People Operations Generalist is a pivotal part of our success as the go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization, and — with the help of the broader People team — manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding, including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long‑term success of the business, and lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high‑demand environment with professionalism and good judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience

Preferred

• Experience with HiBob HRIS
• A passion for teamwork and contributing to the success and reputation of the broader People function
