LEMAN, a global People & Culture team-driven company, is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist in Mexico. You’ll help ensure smooth processes across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and colleagues with a focus on compliance and a great employee experience.

You’ll work with the global P&C team, promote structured processes, and contribute to engagement and culture initiatives. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with experience in HR Operations and Mexican labor

Formación

• Experience in People & Culture/HR Operations
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and compliance requirements
• Ability to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsabilidades

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Advising managers and employees on People & Culture policies and practices
• Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal standards
• Supporting compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and people reporting
• Maintaining employee data and documentation
• Contributing to employee engagement, development, and culture initiatives

Conocimientos

People & Culture Operations experience

Mexican labor law knowledge

Bilingual Spanish/English
