PepsiCo Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Payroll Controls, Compliance & Operations Coordinator to govern critical payroll processes, ensure compliance with controls and SLAs, and partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accuracy and risk management.

The role drives governance, documentation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, with exposure to KPI analysis and executive reporting. Collaboration across regions and teams is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 5+ years in Payroll Operations, Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, Shared Services or related functions.
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, control testing and remediation.
• Solid to advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate execution of critical payroll operations with established controls and SLAs.
• Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process compliance across teams.
• Escalate complex issues, payroll exceptions, and stakeholder concerns.
• Lead standardization and harmonization of payroll controls across processes and regions.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations on performance and risks.
• Provide coaching to Analysts and Sr. Analysts.
