You will partner with Human Resources and local leaders to manage employee transactions and resolve issues affecting payroll processing.

The role emphasizes data integrity, adherence to SLAs, and ongoing process improvements while delivering high-quality service to internal customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Payroll Operations or HR Administration.
• Experience processing employee transactions with high accuracy.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate Complementary Input requests and payroll-related transactions.
• Ensure data updates are accurate and compliant before payroll processing.
• Validate and resolve discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, local management, and stakeholders on exceptions.
• Document procedures and support process improvements.
