Key duties include SLA adherence, escalation handling, reporting, and coordinating with field teams to capture data in required systems. A strong English background and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with payroll, accounting or finance processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee execution of US portfolio services focused on Sales and Service Ops.
• Ensure SLA timing and delivery while driving process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of PepsiCo US policies to enhance procedures.
• Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
• Escalate daily resolution issues and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with cross-functional areas to ensure payroll execution.
• Generate and review payroll reports with insights for improvement.
• Serve as point person for payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Manage payroll requests via MyServices.
• Upload and organize payroll documents on TEAMS while meeting controls.
