PepsiCo Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Payroll Inputs Jr Analyst to execute payroll-related transactions and employee data updates for the US population. The role partners with HR and local leaders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing.

You will validate inputs, address exceptions, and maintain data integrity while supporting payroll cycle activities and process improvements. Advanced English is preferred for cross-border collaboration and service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Payroll Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, or a related field.
• Experience processing employee transactions and managing payroll-related activities.
• Experience handling high-volume operational processes while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and validate Complementary Input requests, including one time payments, union dues, special payments, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data updates and payroll inputs prior to payroll processing.
• Perform validations and control activities to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, local management, and stakeholders to address exceptions and resolve issues.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Support payroll cycle activities and deliver high-quality service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Document operational procedures and support knowledge sharing within the team.
