You will partner with HR, local leaders, and operations to resolve issues and maintain data integrity. Ideal candidates have payroll operations experience, degree in HR/business/finance, and strong attention to detail; English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Payroll Operations, Human Resources Administration, Shared Services, or related field.
• Experience processing employee transactions and payroll-related activities.
• Experience handling high-volume processes with accuracy and quality.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute payroll-related transactions and employee data updates for the US population.
• Validate payroll inputs to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
• Maintain data integrity and support payroll controls.
• Collaborate with HR, local leaders and stakeholders to resolve issues.
