The role serves as a liaison between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Vendors, Internal Controls, and business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy and risk management.
The candidate will drive governance, standardize procedures, maintain SOPs and process flows, analyze KPIs, and develop executive reporting.

This opportunity is based in Monterrey, MX. The Payroll Controls, Compliance & Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and governing critical payroll operational processes while ensuring compliance with established controls, policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Payroll Vendors, Internal Controls, and Business stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, operational excellence, and effective risk management.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day operational activities, the Coordinator plays a critical role in driving process governance, controls standardization, documentation management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across payroll operations. The position is expected to proactively identify control gaps, standardize operating procedures, enhance process documentation, and support the implementation of scalable and sustainable payroll governance practices.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
