Quid Solutions in Jalisco is seeking a Payroll Analyst to process and review payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

You will verify time records, calculate deductions, and maintain payroll records while collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve inquiries; on-site in the Andares area, with a focus on accuracy under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience or similar role.
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or ADP.

Responsabilidades

Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Verify employee time records and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
• Calculate and process deductions, taxes, and benefits accurately
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
• Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance with local and national payroll requirements
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues
• Generate payroll reports for management and assist with data analysis as needed

Requirements

Academic/Training

• Minimum Academic Training: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP)

Skills

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
