NielsenIQ in Mexico is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll processes and ensure timely, accurate payments for associates.

You will handle pre-payroll inputs, processing, post-payroll reconciliations, and off-cycle calculations, while maintaining compliance with Mexican payroll laws (LFT, LISR, LSS) and internal policies.

Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are preferred, with experience in STRADA or Workday being advantageous.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in payroll or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; experience interacting with management is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation, including LFT, LISR, and LSS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• English: ability to hold conversations and attend meetings is preferred.
• Experience with STRADA and/or Workday is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end payroll process, including pre-payroll activities.
• Payroll processing and calculations.
• Post-payroll activities: accounting entries, monthly reconciliation with Finance, and CFDI processing.
• Assist with off-cycle payrolls (e.g., Aguinaldo, PTU) and other special calculations.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries through established systems.
• Support compliance with statutory and internal payroll regulations.
• Assist with Social Security processes (IMSS) including registrations and salary changes.
• Support payroll-related benefits administration (saving fund, vouchers).
• Provide support to the LATAM Regional Payroll Team when required.
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.
