Klar is seeking a Payroll Analyst based in Mexico City with a hybrid model. You will own the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for Mexico, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery, with strong support for audits and payroll-related inquiries.

The role reports to the Senior People Operations Manager and requires solid knowledge of Mexican payroll laws, ADP experience, and advanced Excel skills. Join a diverse, international team and help modernize payroll operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years payroll experience in Mexico, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing a monthly payroll cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation and statutory processes.
• Hands-on with IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE and SUA.
• Experience with CFDI payroll requirements and payroll tax processes.
• Experience with external payroll providers; ADP preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining payroll records.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English level desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end monthly Mexico payroll cycle from input to closing.
• Validate payroll inputs: new hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, deductions.
• Coordinate processing with ADP and other providers for timely execution.
• Manage statutory processes: IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, CFDI and state taxes.
• Prepare payroll-to-accounting reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and respond to audits.
• Serve as main contact for employee payroll questions.
• Support special payroll processes and year-end tax adjustments.
