CXCENTRODECONTACTO is seeking a Payroll Analyst / HR Analyst in Monterrey to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing in Mexico and support core HR operations. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, employees, and external payroll providers to ensure timely payroll execution and statutory compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years of payroll experience in Mexico, strong Excel skills, and hands-on knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and CFDI processes. On-site work in Monterrey is expected.

Formación

• :Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• :2-5 years processing payroll in Mexico.
• Hands-on experience with IMSS / INFONAVIT / ISR / CFDI processes (SUA/IDSE preferred)
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

Responsabilidades

• Calculate and validate payroll components (overtime, bonuses, vacations, prima vacacional, aguinaldo, terminations)
• Ensure compliance and correct calculations for ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and CFDI payroll
• Manage payroll incidences (absences, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave)
• Support onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and payroll-related employee questions
• Prepare payroll and workforce reports; support audits and documentation
