J.P. Morgan is seeking a Tech Implementations Associate within Wholesale Payments to drive end-to-end client experiences. You will consult with clients to understand technical and business needs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and manage multiple complex deals with competing priorities.

The role requires knowledge of payment formats and strong stakeholder communication in Spanish and English; you will present implementation status to senior stakeholders and support product rollouts.

Formación

• Experience in cash management and treasury services; knowledge of technical payment solutions such as Host to Host and APIs.
• Client-facing experience; ability to tailor messaging to audiences in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scoping meetings with clients to capture product and technical requirements.
• Lead client engagements and prepare scoping documents outlining options and timelines.
• Document status, issues, and risks; manage testing environments and coordinate back-office testing.
• Troubleshoot testing scenarios with clients as needed.
• Escalate issues and share product knowledge with the team.
• Support rollout of new or enhanced products and participate in pre-implementation calls.
• Adhere to JPMorgan Chase policies.
