JPMorgan Chase & Co is seeking a Tech Implementations Associate within the Wholesale Payments team to coordinate client engagements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-deal implementations, and present status to senior stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction across treasury services and payment formats.

Formación

• Experience in cash management and treasury solutions.
• Client-facing experience and ability to tailor messages to audiences in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and escalation skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scoping meetings to define product and technical requirements.
• Lead client engagements and recurring status meetings.
• Document status, issues and risks; manage test environments and results.
• Troubleshoot testing issues with clients as needed.
• Escalate client issues and maintain product knowledge.
• Support team with rollout of new/enhanced products and pilots.
• Participate in pre-implementation calls to identify gaps and improvements.
• Adhere to JPMorgan Chase policies and procedures.
