Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Manager, Relationship Management - Global Payments Network to build and nurture strategic enterprise relationships across Mexico. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of payments, sales, or relationship management experience.
• English fluency at an intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic, multi-faceted relationships across Mexico to support growth in DGN transaction volume.
• Support development and execution of joint growth plans and product introductions.
• Liaise with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct performance reviews and market trend analyses with partners to grow share of wallet.
• Maintain accurate CRM data including account mapping and revenue forecasting.
