Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Relationship Management for the Global Payments Network in Mexico City. This role oversees strategic, multi-faceted client relationships and drives growth in DGN transaction volume across territories in Mexico.

You will partner with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to resolve escalations, optimize payment acceptance, and build joint growth plans. Strong English fluency and 8+ years in payments are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
8+ years of experience in payments business development, sales, relationship management, or partner strategy.
Intermediate - Advanced English fluency.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic, multi-faceted account relationships within assigned territories or verticals in Mexico to support long-term growth in DGN transaction volume.
Support development and implementation of joint account growth plans, identifying opportunities to support the introduction of new products, capabilities, and payment programs.
Serve as the principal liaison for merchant escalation management, coordinating internally with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct regular performance reviews and market trend analyses with account partners to improve DGN's share of wallet.
Maintain accurate CRM data, including account tracking, relationship mapping, and revenue forecasting.
