Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Relationship Management - Global Payments Network in Mexico City. You will manage strategic, multi-faceted merchant relationships to drive long-term growth, support joint growth plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize revenue.

The ideal candidate has extensive payments-related business development and account management experience, with strong English fluency and a proven ability to work in hybrid or remote setups.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in payments business development, sales, relationship management, or partner strategy.
• Intermediate - Advanced English fluency.
• At least 9 years of direct account management or business development experience within FinTech, Credit, Debit, Prepaid, or Commercial Payments.
• Experience with technical payment processing, gateway integration, chip or NFC standards, or digital commerce solutions.

Aufgaben

• Manage strategic, multi-faceted account relationships within assigned territories or verticals in Mexico to support long-term growth in DGN transaction volume.
• Support development and implementation of joint account growth plans, identifying opportunities to support the introduction of new products, capabilities, and payment programs.
• Serve as the principal liaison for merchant escalation management, coordinating internally with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and market trend analyses with account partners to improve DGN's share of wallet.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, including account tracking, relationship mapping, and revenue forecasting.
