Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years in payments business development, sales, or relationship management.
• English fluency: intermediate-advanced.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic, multi-faceted account relationships across Mexico to grow DGN transaction volume.
• Support development and implementation of joint account growth plans and new product introductions.
• Serve as liaison for merchant escalation with Risk, Operations, and Product teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and market trend analyses with partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, including revenue forecasting.
