Plata Card in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Partnerships Programs Associate to identify and onboard new brands and merchants for cashback and MSI programs. You will orchestrate launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure flawless execution, and maintain strong partner relationships.

The role requires strong communication, commercial sensitivity, and fast reaction time, with daily collaboration across English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (field open).
• Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory) — daily collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive and responsive with fast follow-up.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Based in Mexico City (CDMX).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new brands/merchants for cashback programs.
• Manage end-to-end cashback initiatives: visibility, alignment, reconciliations, payments.
• Lead onboarding for partners across Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing and App teams.
• Serve as main contact for assigned partners and key accounts.
• Align cashback mechanics and terms with partners.
• Coordinate marketing campaign launches and approvals.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to grow cashback volumes.
• Coordinate investment discussions when needed and maintain partner relationships.
