Banco Plata is expanding its loyalty programs by identifying and onboarding new partners and merchants. You will own the full partnership sales cycle from outreach and proposal through negotiation and onboarding, working closely with internal teams to ensure terms are aligned and executed.

Based in CDMX, the role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and prospecting skills in English and Spanish to expand the loyalty ecosystem and achieve growth targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial negotiations.
• Strong prospecting skills with ability to identify leads and reach decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full partnership sales cycle from outreach and proposal to negotiation, agreement, and onboarding.
• Negotiate offers, rates, exclusivity, campaign conditions, and terms with partners.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure aligned, executable terms.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and contribute to growth targets.
