Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to support partner technical initiatives from its Mexico office. The role requires a solid technical background and a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer-facing technical roles. As the PSA, you will work closely with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects, ensuring partners receive the support needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities include onboarding partners, advocating for their technical needs, and collaborating with internal teams on product improvements. Datadog offers a hybrid workplace and values every individual's contribution.

Formación

• 10-15 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to articulate the value of Datadog from technical to executive levels.
• Strong presentation skills and a self-starter attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and train partner technical resources.
• Support partner technical initiatives and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams on partner technical issues.

Conocimientos

Technical grounding in IT Development and/or Operations

Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Scripting languages (Python, Javascript)

Observability tools (Datadog, New Relic)

CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Gitlab)
