Zendesk is seeking a Solutions Engineer-based role in Mexico City to deliver value-rich product demonstrations, assist in technical discovery, and build standard proof-of-concept environments.

You will own security and architectural questionnaires, leverage internal templates, and collaborate with teams to drive deal progression while showcasing Zendesk’s capabilities, including AI-driven workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical technology experience.
• 2–4 years in solution engineering or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and browser troubleshooting.
• AI fluency and understanding of generative AI and conversational workflows.
• Understanding of customer service metrics and CRM/workflow basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting Zendesk capabilities.
• Assist in technical discovery to identify challenges and integration needs.
• Build sandbox environments and standard proof-of-concept setups.
• Address security, architectural, and RFP/RFI questionnaires to support deals.
• Use internal templates and pre-built API recipes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
