Responsabilidades

• Provide General L1 helpdesk support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Deliver advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer technical support calls and escalate when needed.
• Provide support based on email requests or reports.
• Document troubleshooting steps and details of incidents/requests.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions.
