NTT DATA, Inc. in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate-Portuguese to join our IT team. The role requires advanced Portuguese and Spanish, 6 months of customer service experience, and a 45-hour workweek in a dynamic IT environment.

The position offers opportunities for growth within a global organization and a full-time schedule in an on-site setting at our Guadalajara facility.

Formación

• 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Advanced Portuguese and Spanish.
• Availability to work 45 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer technical support calls and escalate to other support groups.
• Provide support based on email generated requests or reports.
• Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of incidents and requests.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions.
