Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC-focused accounts. This fully remote role covers multi-location HVAC and home service groups, requiring ownership of targeting, budgets, and narrative on client questions.

You are the strategic voice on calls. With 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, you will drive ROAS improvements, manage agency accounts, and communicate clearly with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads management.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients and platforms.
• Fluent English with US client communications.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and quarterly client narratives around performance.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
