Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients, including multi-location home services. You will set targeting, budgets and roadmaps, and be the strategic voice in client discussions.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth. With 3+ years in PPC, you will demonstrate success moving ROAS or CPA metrics, and bring agency experience across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
