Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, responsible for campaign performance, attribution accuracy, and the long-term growth of client accounts. Must coordinate with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
