Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multi-location HVAC clients and home service groups.

You will build budgets, bids, testing plans, and present the 90-day roadmap and client narrative. Fluency in English with US clients and 3+ years of hands-on experience is required; HVAC multi-location experience is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
