Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing for multi-location clients. You will drive the roadmap and narrative during client calls.

You are the strategic voice, expected to move ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics with demonstrable results in an agency setting and clear English on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report the narrative behind the numbers.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
