Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients with multi-location needs. You will manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the client narrative on calls.

You will direct campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS/CPA, and drive retention and upsell while collaborating with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
