Blacksmith Agency is looking for a seasoned PPC Manager to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will strategize budgets, bid tactics, and creative testing, while guiding the client through the numbers on calls.

In this remote role, you will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensuring clean conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and delivering a 90-day roadmap and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
