Job summary

IDC is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Management Specialists. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders to deliver positive customer outcomes.

The position emphasizes ownership of the full order lifecycle and close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other departments. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, experience in order management or sales operations, and advanced English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in order management, sales administration, sales finance, or sales operations.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of orders through the order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing at every stage.
Accurately input verified orders into the ERP system with correct products, quantities, pricing, and customer details.
Resolve order discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Revenue Ops, and other departments; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Review orders for completeness and compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
