Job summary

IDC Colombia is seeking detail-oriented individuals for the role of Order Management Specialist. You will own the order lifecycle from receipt to processing, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the ERP system.

You will review orders for documentation, resolve discrepancies with Sales and Revenue Operations, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and strong English and Excel skills are required, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in order management, sales administration, or sales operations.
• Familiarity with order management software and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and D365 a plus).
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of orders through the lifecycle with timely and accurate processing.
• Review orders for documentation and policy compliance.
• Audit orders and resolve discrepancies with teams.
• Enter verified orders into ERP with correct product, quantities, pricing, and customer data.
• Act as main contact for order-related issues with Sales and Revenue Operations.
