Responsibilities

• Enter orders into Oracle and ensure correct shipping dates.
• Maintain open orders and correct inconsistencies before processing.
• Communicate with customers using templates to clarify information.
• Register new addresses for established accounts.
• Conduct internal audits of customer orders.
• Record performance indicators and participate in audits.
