Carrier is seeking a Specialist, Distribution Centers Order Management, to drive on-time delivery across North America from Monterrey, MX. The role partners with SIOP, Customer Services, and Manufacturing to optimize order management and revenue recognition while delivering world‑class customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, customer fulfillment, supply chain management, transportation, or operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive on-time delivery and past-due metrics, aligned with customer expectations.
• Identify orders at risk and drive actions to mitigate, prioritizing in-transit units.
• Coordinate with customer services to manage escalations and align capacity with SIOP and DCs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and cross‑team collaboration.
• Analyze data and report trends and opportunities to senior management.
