Donaldson is seeking a Customer Service Representative to focus on order processing and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability, and work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.

Formación

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Highly organized, self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Interaction with different internal areas such as Credit & Collections, Planning, Transportation, Trade Compliance, and some others.
