Formación

The Customer Service Representative position is focus on taking care of the process order and achieve or exceed customer's satisfaction and developing strong relationships with external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• Interaction with different internal areas such as Credit & Collections, Planning, Transportation, Trade Compliance, and some others.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Highly organized, self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
