Donaldson is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Mexico to manage order processing, answer product and pricing questions, and build strong relationships with customers.

You will communicate with customers by phone, email and chat, coordinate with internal teams such as Credit & Collections, Planning, Transportation, and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.

Formación

• At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Highly organized, self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Representative position is focus on taking care of the process order and achieve or exceed customer's satisfaction and developing strong relationships with external and internal customers.
