Job summary

RealTruck is seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and manage customer purchase requirements, coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth order processing and timely material releases, while initiating direct customer contact for sales support and status inquiries.

You will build strong relationships with customers, serve as primary contact for inquiries, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize fulfillment, forecast demand, and identify upsell

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing timely solutions.
• Manage open orders through the fulfillment process including releasing orders and delivery issues.
• Maintain customer resources and requirements including portals, pricing, part numbers, planograms, service levels, scorecards, and quality audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive business success.
• Collect and analyze data concerning customer behavior and recommend changes.
• Track and analyze key account metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize demand forecasting techniques to anticipate client needs and ensure inventory availability.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account profitability.
