Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a logistics professional to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot EDI transactions for GoRhino, AMP, Extang, UnderCover, and TruXedo across ERP systems such as NetSuite, Great Plains, JDE, and BPCS.

Investigate transmission failures, ensure data accuracy, and support intercompany purchasing activities and issue resolution. You will manage direct shipment programs from evaluation to delivery, coordinate with production and warehouse teams, and track orders to ensure on-time

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
5 years of related warehouses, logistics, or inventory experience is required.
English 70% proficiency.

Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot EDI transactions for GoRhino, AMP, Extang, UnderCover, and TruXedo across ERP systems.
Investigate and resolve EDI transmission failures and data discrepancies between systems.
Create and maintain AMP OEM purchase orders in BPCS; create Extang aftermarket orders in JDE; ensure data accuracy across NetSuite, Great Plains, JDE and BPCS.
Develop, update, and distribute shipment and logistics reports used across multiple functions.
Analyze logistics data and identify improvement opportunities; support intercompany purchasing and issue resolution.
Document and improve logistics and order management processes; manage customer complaints from RMA to credits.
