Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Order Manager to direct all stages of customer orders from creation through delivery, leveraging strong supply chain knowledge and ERP systems. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer SLA's and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain management and customer-facing experience, with ERP/MRP familiarity and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years' progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in customer facing experience.
• Previous experience with an ERP or MRP system (i.e., Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Previous experience using Excel

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer.
• Entering and maintaining accurate order related data into WWT's ERP system and helping modify data analytics / create reports.
• Taking a self-driven approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Supporting cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain.
• Working to achieve KPIs through operational excellence.
• Utilizing data to drive daily tasks to execute order related activities and ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
• Communicating with customers and internal partners to provide status updates and insights.
• Assisting with onboarding of new customers to ensure customer delight and operational effectiveness.
• Providing training and skills development support within the team
