Job summary

Turn in Mexico City is seeking a passionate CX Associate to be the main contact for workers on our platform, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting onboarding and background checks. You will work closely with our Compliance team and provide support in resolving issues that arise during background checks or onboarding processes.

You are an energetic team player with excellent English skills, proactive communication, and a focus on timely responses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ work experience in an office setting.
• Customer support, tech support or customer service background.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage tickets in Freshdesk.
• Support workers with onboarding and background checks.
• Resolve issues and reply to emails with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Compliance and internal teams on discrepancies.
• Be detail-oriented and observant of errors or inaccurate information.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the Manager.
