Job summary

Landing is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our Mexico City operations team. This in-office role supports the VP of Operations with cross-functional coordination, dashboard inquiries, and meticulous follow-through on commitments.

You will move between US and Mexico City teams, build recurring reports, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency. This development seat aims to grow into a manager or program lead within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site in Mexico City.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track open commitments across departments and push to completion.
• Prepare and distribute agendas and pre-reads for recurring reviews.
• Capture, track, and distribute action items with owners.
• Pull dashboard findings and recommend next steps.
• Build and maintain recurring reports to avoid manual data requests.
• Use AI tools to drive efficiency in analysis and prep.
