Landing, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an on-site Remote Operations Coordinator to own market readiness and oversee guest experiences from move-in through next stays. You will manage escalations, coordinate with hosts and back-office teams, and drive smooth operations for a seamless member journey.

Ideal candidates bring English fluency, strong communication, and a proactive, data-driven approach to improve NPS, CSAT, and check-in quality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
• Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to own relationships and resolve issues proactively
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Own market success by ensuring all units meet move-in standards before a member's arrival.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Maintain key relationships with property partners, hosts, and back-ops teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and resolve support tickets and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and check-in scores.
