• ERP/CRM systems experience; Salesforce a plus.
• Advanced English—written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales and customer support activities for assigned accounts.
• Place orders with suppliers and follow up for accuracy.
• Review orders and documentation for data accuracy and completeness.
• Approve Purchase Orders and transmit to suppliers.
• Resolve rejections and manage returns; keep customers updated on status.
• Review backlog reports to ensure POs are addressed.
